So why do my child’s teeth need to be checked? Well, there are a number of reasons why your child’s teeth should be checked.

The reasons are because problems can develop quite rapidly in children. They have smaller teeth than adults and so decay can progress further and more and a faster rate and so if we catch them early, we can prevent them from turning into bigger problems that may cause your child some soreness or pain. So we really would like to prevent that for them. We wouldn’t want your little ones to experience that.

Another reason why we’ll check your child’s teeth is just to build up comfort. A lot of people are scared of coming to the dentist and really nervous. It’s one of their most hated things.

So by starting early and getting them used it from young, we can really build up some positive relationships to make it really fun for them rather than having them the fear of coming to the dentist.
